Strategy & Coordination Planning
Based on our research, we develop a clear project strategy — identifying the sequence of actions, the agencies and stakeholders involved, the documentation required, and the timeline for resolution. Nothing is left to improvisation.
Active Management & Execution
We manage the execution of the project strategy — coordinating with municipal and county agencies, preparing and submitting documentation, scheduling and attending inspections, and tracking every open item to resolution.
Reporting & Client Communication
Clients receive regular, clear reporting on project status, open items, and next steps. We maintain complete documentation of all actions taken, correspondence, and approvals — providing a clear record throughout the engagement.
Project Closeout & Handoff
We manage all documentation, inspections, and approvals required to achieve formal project closeout — including certificate of occupancy, final inspections, and permit closure. The project is not complete until every administrative requirement is satisfied.
