Getting Started
New Client Evaluation
Every VIPDAM engagement begins with a thorough evaluation. Before accepting a project, VIPDAM reviews the scope, complexity, documentation, stakeholders, regulatory environment, and overall fit to ensure that the firm can deliver the level of service the project requires.
This process protects both the client and the firm — and ensures that every engagement VIPDAM accepts is one it can execute with precision and accountability.
The Evaluation Process
How VIPDAM Reviews a New Engagement
Scope & Complexity Review
VIPDAM reviews the full scope of the proposed engagement — including project type, size, regulatory jurisdiction, and known complexities — to assess whether the project aligns with the firm's capabilities and current capacity.
Documentation Assessment
Existing documentation is reviewed, including permits, plans, violation notices, title records, and any prior correspondence with regulatory agencies. The quality and completeness of available documentation informs the evaluation.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Analysis
VIPDAM identifies the key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and professional team members involved in the project — and assesses the administrative relationships and potential challenges that will shape the engagement.
Engagement Determination
Following the evaluation, VIPDAM determines whether to accept the engagement, request additional information, or decline. Clients are informed of the outcome and, where appropriate, provided with a proposed scope of services.
